Private 1:1 Coaching · 12 Weeks · Worldwide

Twelve weeks to take control of your life.

You already know what you should be doing.

Sleep better. Drink less. Train consistently. Sort your eating out. Be more present with your family. Stop wasting hours scrolling. Follow through on the things you keep promising yourself you’ll change.

But, the problem is showing up when work gets busy motivation disappears and the old habits are easier.

This is private one-to-one coaching with Brandon Groves, built around your goals, your habits, your life and the man you are committed to becoming.

For 12 weeks, you’ll have someone in your corner who understands the pressure, speaks honestly and helps you turn good intentions into consistent action.

You work hard.

But the way you’re living isn’t working.

From the outside, you may look like you’re doing fine.

You get up.
You go to work.
You put in the hours.
You do what needs to be done.

But privately, you’re exhausted, disconnected and going through the week on autopilot.

You might be using alcohol, drugs, food, porn, scrolling or other habits to switch off, escape the pressure or take the edge off. What started as an occasional release has become part of how you cope.

Your fitness has slipped. Your sleep is shot. Your mind keeps running long after your body is done. You feel less present with your partner, your family and the people who matter.

You know you’re capable of more.

You just can’t seem to access that version of yourself consistently.

IS THIS THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU?

This structure may be for you when:

You’re physically exhausted but struggle to switch off

Your health and fitness keep sliding down the priority list

You’re leaning on alcohol, substances, food, porn or scrolling to cope

You keep setting goals but rarely follow through

You’ve lost your sense of direction

You feel disconnected from yourself or the people around you

You’re tired of waiting for motivation to arrive

You know it's time to take responsibility for what happens next

ABOUT YOUR COACH, BRANDON GROVES

Brandon didn’t learn about construction culture from a textbook.

He spent years working as a plumber on the tools, on site and inside the culture. He understands the long days, the physical pressure, the drinking, the bravado and the expectation that you should keep pushing no matter what is happening underneath.

He also knows what it feels like to work hard while quietly wondering whether there is more to life than the one you’re accepting.

Brandon had to confront his own habits, health, relationships and lack of direction. The change wasn’t overnight. It came through honest reflection, better decisions, clear standards and repeatedly doing the work when it would have been easier not to.

That lived experience became the foundation of The Compassion Society.

Not a motivational course.

Not a collection of videos you’ll never finish.

A real person in your corner who understands the environment you come from and is prepared to tell you the truth.

Most men already know what needs to change. What they need is someone who understands where they’ve been, tells them the truth and genuinely believes they are capable of more.

What Can Change in 12 Weeks?

The structure is to help you become the man you're supposed to be.

Where you may be now

  • Running on empty with no clear lifestyle direction
  • Using destructive habits to cope or switch off
  • Waiting for motivation that never lasts
  • Letting your health decline week after week
  • Making promises to yourself and breaking them
  • Feeling distant from your partner, family or mates
  • Doubting yourself and settling for less
  • Surviving the working week rather than building a life

What you’ll work towards

  • A clear direction and a practical plan
  • Greater awareness of the habits keeping you stuck
  • Stronger routines around sleep, training and nutrition
  • Healthier ways to manage pressure and discomfort
  • Discipline that doesn’t depend on being motivated
  • Greater self-trust from keeping your word to yourself
  • More presence in your relationships
  • A stronger sense of respect for the man you are becoming

You need a clear direction, practical structure and someone who will hold you to the standards you say you want.

How the 12 Weeks Work

The coaching follows a structured direction, but it isn’t a rigid course.

Your goals, habits, circumstances and challenges will shape where the greatest attention is needed.
Every session builds on the one before it, while allowing Brandon to respond to what is happening in your real life.

PHASE 1

Get Clear

Weeks 1–3

Change begins with being honest about where you are and clear about where you want to go.

Together, you’ll identify the areas of your life that are no longer working, define what you want to achieve and create a personalised game plan for the 12 weeks ahead.

You’ll begin reviewing your habits, tracking your progress and recognising the beliefs and patterns that have kept you repeating the same cycle.

You’ll work on:

  • Your goals and lifestyle direction
  • Your personalised 12-week roadmap
  • Honest review and self-assessment
  • The habits currently shaping your life
  • Outdated beliefs and patterns
  • Daily and weekly progress tracking
Construction worker happy and ready for a good life
PHASE 2

Raise Your Standards

Weeks 4–6

Your life reflects the standards you repeatedly accept.

This phase focuses on the identity you are building, the routines supporting it and the areas where you need to stop negotiating with yourself.

You’ll work on replacing inconsistent bursts of motivation with habits and standards that can survive a demanding working week.

You’ll work on:

  • The man you are committed to becoming
  • Personal standards and self-responsibility
  • Discipline and consistency
  • Sleep, training, nutrition and physical health
  • Alcohol and other self-defeating behaviours
  • Routines that support your future, not sabotage it
better
PHASE 3

Build Self-Trust

Weeks 7–9

Self-trust is built when your actions begin matching your words.

You’ll examine how you respond to discomfort, emotional triggers, fear and setbacks. Rather than escaping into an old habit, you’ll practise making a more deliberate choice.

This is where the work begins to move beyond knowing what to do and into becoming someone who follows through.

You’ll work on:

  • Emotional and behavioural triggers
  • Avoidance and coping patterns
  • Challenging your comfort zone
  • Handling setbacks without abandoning the plan
  • Keeping your word to yourself
  • Building resilience through practical action
  • Gratitude, perspective and recognition of progress
PHASE 4

Lead What Comes Next

Weeks 10–12

The greatest leaders learn to lead themselves first.

In the final phase, you’ll look beyond the initial 12 weeks and consider how the changes you are making affect your relationships, family, work and future.

You’ll review what has shifted, identify what still needs attention and create a practical 90-day plan to continue the momentum.

You’ll work on:

  • Your longer-term vision
  • How you show up in relationships
  • Leadership at home and at work
  • The example you set for the people around you
  • Your progress across the 12 weeks
  • Your priorities for the next 90 days

Small actions + Repeated daily = Consistent results

APPLY FOR COACHING

Inside Your Weekly Coaching Session

Just you and Brandon.

Every week, you’ll meet privately with Brandon for a focused coaching session built around your progress, challenges and priorities.

There’s no group audience.
No waiting for your turn.
No pressure to pretend everything is fine because other people are listening.

You can speak honestly about what happened during the week, where you followed through and where you fell back into old patterns.

Every session has three clear parts.

Open

Set the intention.

Each session begins by cutting through the noise and identifying what matters most.

You’ll reconnect with the direction you are building towards and establish the focus for the conversation.

Truth & Honesty

Review the wins. Confront the challenges.

  • What went well?
  • Where did it get difficult?
  • What did you avoid?
  • What story have you been telling yourself?

Brandon will listen, challenge your thinking and help you identify what needs to change. The conversation is direct, but it isn’t about humiliation or being spoken down to.

It is about telling the truth clearly enough to do something with it.

Close

Set the standard for the week.

You won’t finish the call with a pile of vague inspiration.

You’ll leave knowing what you are focusing on, what actions you have agreed to take and what Brandon will ask you about next time.

That’s accountability.

And for many men, it is the missing piece.

What’s Included

This is not a self-paced course filled with videos, modules and information you already know.

It is personalised coaching, practical tools and consistent accountability.

12 Private Coaching Sessions

A 90 minute private session with Brandon each week, focused completely on your goals, progress, challenges and next actions.

Your Personal 12-Week Roadmap

In the first stage of the program, you and Brandon will define your priorities and develop a practical plan specific to your life.

There is no generic path every participant must follow.

Journalling and Weekly Prompts

You’ll receive reflection questions and prompts designed to help you recognise patterns, improve your self-awareness and make more deliberate decisions between sessions.

You don’t need to think of yourself as “someone who journals”.

You only need to be willing to try a tool that has helped other men slow down, think clearly and see what they were previously avoiding.

Habit and Progress Tracking

You’ll track the habits that matter to your goals. These may include:

  • Sleep
  • Training
  • Nutrition
  • Alcohol or substance use
  • Journalling
  • Screen use
  • Daily wins and losses
  • Agreed personal targets

Tracking is about getting truthful with where you’re at, no fluff.

Between-Session Accountability

You’ll have whatsapp and email access to me from Day 1, for check-ins and support between your coaching sessions, helping you maintain direction when something comes up during the week.

Your 12-Week Review and Next Plan

Your final session will review what changed, what you learned and what still requires work.

You’ll leave with a clear set of priorities and a practical plan for the following 90 days.

Real Men. Practical Results.

The value of this work is not measured by how inspired someone feels at the end of a call.

It is measured by what changes between calls.

Existing clients describe the greatest value as structure, consistency, clear goals, honest feedback and knowing someone will follow up on what they committed to doing.

This Program Is
Not for Everyone

This is for a specific kind of person.

Not someone who already has everything together.

Someone who is prepared to be honest, accept responsibility and take action even when the work feels uncomfortable.

This is unlikely to be right for you if:

  • You are looking for an instant transformation
  • You want Brandon to do the work for you
  • You are unwilling to examine your habits
  • You want encouragement without accountability
  • You repeatedly disappear when the work becomes uncomfortable
  • You are applying because someone else is forcing you
  • You are not currently able to commit time and effort to the process
  • You require clinical mental health, addiction or crisis support

You do not have to arrive feeling completely ready.

But you do need to arrive willing to participate.

This may be right for you if:

  • You work in construction, trades, FIFO or understand that working culture
  • You know your current way of living is not sustainable
  • You want structure, accountability and clear direction
  • You are willing to examine your habits honestly
  • You are open to journalling, tracking and reflection
  • You can accept direct feedback without expecting to be shamed
  • You are ready to make changes between sessions
  • You want to show up better for yourself and the people around you
  • You can commit to the full 12 weeks

AN IMPORTANT BOUNDARY

Coaching for behaviour change is not mental health treatment.

Brandon can support you to understand and change destructive habits involving alcohol, drugs, porn, food, scrolling and other coping behaviours.

The coaching may help you:

  • Identify when and why you turn to the behaviour
  • Recognise triggers and patterns
  • Establish practical reduction or abstinence goals
  • Build replacement habits and routines
  • Create accountability around the decisions you make
  • Rebuild your health, relationships and personal direction

However, Brandon does not diagnose or treat mental illness.

The program is not suitable as a replacement for a psychologist, psychiatrist, addiction-treatment provider, medical professional or crisis-support service.

You may require clinical or specialist support when you are experiencing:

  • Suicidal thoughts or an immediate risk of harm
  • Severe depression, psychosis or another significant mental illness
  • Substance dependence requiring medical withdrawal or detoxification
  • Serious trauma requiring specialised treatment
  • A mental health crisis
  • Symptoms requiring diagnosis or medication management

Brandon holds Mental Health First Aid and SMART Recovery Facilitator training, but these qualifications do not make this a clinical mental health service. The purpose of this coaching is practical behaviour change, accountability and lifestyle direction.

Where a concern falls outside the scope of coaching, you may be asked to seek appropriate professional support before beginning or continuing the program.

12 weeks.
You and Brandon.
Everything changes.

Straightforward. No hidden fees.

You Don’t Need Another Year Like the Last One.

You’ve probably told yourself before that you’ll sort it out.

Next week.

After this job.

When things calm down.

When you feel more motivated.

But nothing changes until something changes.

You don’t need to know exactly how to rebuild everything from here.

Payment, Payment Plan & Refund Policy

The Compassion Society – 12-Week Transformation

By enrolling in The Compassion Society’s 12-Week Transformation, clients agree to the following payment, cancellation and refund terms.

Payment Options

The 12-Week Transformation is currently offered under the following payment options:

Pay in Full: AUD $4,250

Payment Plan: 3 payments of AUD $1,500, for a total investment of AUD $4,500.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed to in writing.

Payment Plan

If a client selects the payment plan, the first payment is due upon enrolment. The remaining two payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided on the same date of each following month, or the closest available date where that calendar date does not occur.

The payment plan represents a commitment to the full program fee and is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

Choosing to discontinue the program, not attend coaching sessions or not participate in the program does not automatically cancel the remaining payment obligations.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may contact the client to arrange payment or request an updated payment method. Access to coaching sessions, resources or support may be paused while an account remains overdue.

Refunds & Change of Mind

Due to the personalised nature of coaching and the time and capacity reserved for each client, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind or where a client decides not to continue participating after the program has commenced.
We encourage all prospective clients to carefully consider whether the program is right for them before enrolling.

Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel or discontinue their participation, they should contact The Compassion Society in writing as soon as possible.

Where a payment plan has been selected, cancellation of participation does not necessarily cancel outstanding instalments associated with the original program commitment, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed to by The Compassion Society in writing.

Exceptional circumstances can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
