Refund Policy
Refunds for program purchases are available providing that the following conditions have been met:
1 – Downloadable items and media (for example, pdfs) have not been downloaded by the purchaser.
2- The purchaser has not booked/scheduled a coaching session.
3 – The purchaser has not participated in a coaching session.
Once a purchaser has downloaded any items associated with the purchase, booked/scheduled a coaching call, or participated in a coaching session for any length of time the purchase is considered fulfilled and no longer eligible for a refund.
Downloadable Items
The JUMPSTART 2022 program includes access to a downloadable pdf of the JUMPSTART 2022 28-Day Triple R Effect Journal. Once the purchase has been processed, the purchaser will have immediate access to download the file. The purchaser may re-download the file at any time and re-download access never expires. Any items downloaded with the purchase of a Compassion Society program are the intellectual property of The Compassion Society, are for individual use only and are not to be re-distributed or re-sold. For any issues regarding access to downloadable items, please contact brandon@thecompassionsociety.com.
Booking and Scheduling
The JUMPSTART 2022 program includes a one (1) hour, 1:1, online coaching session. To book a coaching session, please contact Brandon Groves, The Compassion Society, brandon@thecompassionsociety.com. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to book their coaching session. The JUMPSTART 2022 coaching session may be rescheduled only once. If the purchaser requests multiple reschedulings of their coaching session, it is completely at the discretion of the coach and The Compassion Society whether additional rescheduling requests will be accommodated.
